Sindh, Pakistan | May 18, 2025 — In a major blow to the Pakistan-based terror outfit Lashkar-e-Taiba, one of its key operatives, Saifullah alias Khalid, has been shot dead by unidentified gunmen in Sindh province, Pakistan. Sources suggest that Saifullah was linked to Lashkar’s ‘Nepal module’, which was reportedly used to smuggle terrorists and funds into India.
Khalid, whose real name is said to be Razaullah Nizamani, was a wanted figure involved in planning and facilitating cross-border terror operations. His sudden and mysterious death has raised questions about growing internal rifts within terror networks and the quiet dismantling of India's enemies operating from Pakistan.
Reports indicate that Khalid played a crucial role in coordinating activities between Pakistan-based handlers and agents operating in Nepal, which was used as a safe transit point for infiltrating terrorists into India. Intelligence sources believe that the recent crackdown and eliminations are part of a larger pattern where anti-India elements are being systematically neutralized, possibly by rival factions or covert intelligence operations.
While no group has claimed responsibility for Khalid’s assassination, this is not the first time such targeted killings have occurred within Pakistan, especially involving figures with direct roles in anti-India terror planning.
Indian intelligence agencies are closely monitoring the situation, interpreting the killing as a significant setback for Lashkar-e-Taiba and a warning to other operatives using third countries as launchpads for terror.
