Ayodhya | June 4, 2025 — The sacred city of Ayodhya is set to witness a historic spiritual event today as the Pran Pratishtha (consecration) ceremony of the Ram Darbar takes place at the newly constructed Ram Mandir complex. The temple premises will resound with Vedic mantras and sacred rituals as thousands of devotees and dignitaries gather to mark this auspicious moment.
Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be present as the chief guest for the event, reinforcing the spiritual and cultural significance of the occasion. The Pran Pratishtha ritual, which involves infusing life into the idols of Lord Ram, Sita, Lakshman, and Hanuman, will be conducted in accordance with traditional Vedic procedures by renowned scholars and priests.
The event follows the grand Pran Pratishtha of Ram Lalla earlier this year and marks the continuation of religious ceremonies at the temple, symbolizing the establishment of divine presence in the entire sanctum.
Preparations for the ceremony have been underway for weeks, with elaborate arrangements in place for security, crowd management, and religious observances. Special pujas, havans, and devotional recitals will accompany the consecration rites, creating a deeply spiritual atmosphere.
Devotees from across the country have begun arriving in Ayodhya to witness this divine moment. The temple complex, illuminated and adorned with traditional decorations, will also host cultural programs and bhajan sessions throughout the day.
The Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has issued detailed guidelines for visitors and has arranged live broadcasts for those unable to attend in person, ensuring that the spiritual fervor reaches every corner of the nation.
Today’s ceremony is yet another landmark in the revival of Ayodhya as a global center of Sanatan Dharma and spiritual heritage.
