“Ran with its tail between its legs begging for ceasefire”: Former US Defense Official Slams Pakistan After India’s Strikes

Former Pentagon official Michael Rubin has made scathing remarks about Pakistan following India's strong response to cross-border terrorism. Referring to a past instance when India launched strikes against terror camps across the Line of Control, Rubin said that Pakistan "ran with its tail between its legs, begging for a ceasefire."

Speaking to the media, Rubin said, “After India responded to Pakistan’s provocations with strength, Pakistan didn’t retaliate in the same manner. Instead, it ran to the international community asking for a ceasefire. This exposes the reality of Pakistan’s position and capabilities.”

He further criticized Pakistan’s long-standing use of terrorism as a foreign policy tool and described it as a nation that sponsors and shelters terrorists. Rubin’s remarks come at a time when global scrutiny over state-sponsored terrorism is growing.

The former U.S. defense official's statement has stirred strong reactions and further highlighted international concerns over Pakistan’s role in regional instability. Referring to Pakistan as "Terroristan", Rubin emphasized the need for the world to take a firmer stand against nations that harbor and support terrorism.
